  * Delete plasma-framework5.symbols since this package doesn't contain
    shared libraries, only plugins.
  * Update symbols files.
  * Fix -dev package dependencies: now depends on the libraries and not
    on plasma-framework5 which contains runtime files.

About the -dev depends change: I tested that krunner builds fine against this modified plasma-framework.
