Add a touch-tests seed containing all the *-autopilot packages from touch.

We don't need to build a task or a metapackage out of this or anything, but having this list of packages seeded will be helpful for the RTM branch.  At present we don't have a record that we need to copy these packages in order to make all our tests work.  As a result, we have these failures in touch_stable right now:
