This set of changes adds a standalone trust-store-daemon executable that allows for easier integration of the trust-store functionality with services. In addition, it tackles the problem that some services (like the location service or the Android CameraService) do not run per user-session but as a system-wide instance. Trust requests have to be handled and stored per user though, and we implement a fan-in pattern with the help of the executables.
