[Merge] lp:~mterry/livecd-rootfs/no-password into lp:livecd-rootfs

as i said on IRC, i will not approve this until adduser is fixed. 

going with this solution without fixing adduser means that no package that adds a user to the system db will be installable (they all call adduser from their postinst) for developers. 

so since we need to wait for a fix for this anyway to not break the system completely we should as well use adduser (instead of sed and grep) in livecd-rootfs to add to and manipulate the db.
