Review: Needs Fixing

Since friends is referenced in the framework for 14.04, we need to keep the qtdeclarative package around for this cycle - but it doesn't need to be part of the SDK for 14.10, only on the image for compatibility.

Please keep qtdeclarative5-friends0.2 in the 'touch' seed.

Oliver has indicated it should be kept on the 'desktop' seed as well - I don't know if we actually need it there, but it's easy to remove later if we figure out we don't support the 14.04 framework on desktop-next.
