[Merge] lp:~kai-mast/friends-app/images into lp:friends-app

I'd rather not have any settings... Keep it simple. This isn't the space shuttle, it's just a twitter app. We don't need a dozen controls on a hidden panel.

Also, with the current architecture, there's no way for Friends App to have control over whether the messages display the screen name or the display name. By the time friends-app is displaying the message, the entity json data from twitter is long stripped away. So best case, you could have a setting in friends-app that friends-dispatcher reads in, but then that would only change future messages, not previously-downloaded messages. 

Perhaps in the eventual Go rewrite we can unify friends-app and friends-dispatcher into a single process and keep the entity data around for easy preferences like this, but it's just not going to happen in the short term.
