[Merge] lp:~utlemming/ubuntu/trusty/udev/lp1274348 into lp:ubuntu/udev

I added these to my local systemd trusty packaging git to debian/extra/rules/75-persistent-net-generator.rules. Closing this MP as the "udev" source does not exist any more since saucy. Thanks!
