Changed dkms package to no longer build the vmxnet and vsock modules (LP: #1271669)

vmxnet is proceeded by vmxnet3 in the mainline kernel.  vsock is also
now provided in the kernel.  Removing both from the dkms package.
Removed the man pages for these modules and other modules which have
been removed in the past.  Also removed references to these man pages
in the remaining man pages.
