The problem Dmitry reported has been dealt with in the last upstream release. The Debian maintainer (Roberto C. Sanchez) was notified about this new release so it should hit Debian soon and Ubuntu Trusty shorthly after.

Please consider this merge proposal again as it contains minimal changes to improve interop with both Android and Checkpoint. Thanks in advance.
