[Merge] lp:~xnox/ubuntu/trusty/ofono/python3 into lp:ubuntu/ofono

This is a rough mechanical port to python3, I've tested some scripts and they seem to work.
But please do test all of them, as there is no test-suite and they need to be verified at runtime.
