checkbox-ng Replaces: and Breaks: pre-transitional versions of checkbox (LP: #1284291).

Upstream packaging doesn't have this as checkbox never existed in debian, so I thought it best for this to be introduced as Ubuntu-specific.

This is good to have to avoid impacting everyone dist-upgrading to 14.04 from supported releases (12.04, 13.10) which still have checkbox.

The version of checkbox "accepted" by the Replaces: and Breaks: is a transitional package that contains no files, thus it shouldn't conflict with checkbox-ng.
