The vmhgfs (VMWare Host<->Guest File System) module will no longer be supported by VMWare and it does not build on recent kernels.  Dropping the module from the package (and the dkms package with it).  The direction forward is the fuse HGFS code which is provided by the package.  In removing the dkms package I am cleaning up the remaining man pages that referenced the kernel modules as well as a post-install script which had been updating the initramfs for the modules.

   * Remove DKMS package and support for vmhgfs filesystem module,
     as the 3.13 kernel and later do not support it (LP: #1272196).
     - debian/control: removed dkms packages
     - debian/rules: removed vmghfs module support (deprecated)
     - debian/manpages: removed obsolete man pages
