[Merge] lp:~kai-mast/friends-app/images into lp:friends-app

There is a field sender and a field sender_nick. At least in Twitter the sender_nick is the display name and sender is the username. 

But I think the best way to just show the username besides the display name for microblogging services (just like the official twitter app does it) and hide it for facebook (a lot of people just have an arbitary number as username so it doesn't make a lot of sense).
That way we wouldn't need a setting at all. Less work for me. Yay.

Sooo I will move the switch into the toolbar.
