[Merge] lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/remove-getUAString-API into lp:webbrowser-app

Olivier Tilloy has proposed merging lp:~osomon/webbrowser-app/remove-getUAString-API into lp:webbrowser-app.

Commit message:
Remove the WebView.getUAString() API from version 0.2 of the Ubuntu.Web module.
It is currently not in use by any app in the store.
