[Bug 1398944] [NEW] No way to examine headers from response

Public bug reported:

As best I can tell, there is no way to examine the value of a header of
a response.  From the source, it appears to be possible to find if a
specific header exists and set a header's value, but not query its
value.  In my use case, for example, I need to examine the Content-Type
of the response.
