Daniel d'Andrada has proposed merging lp:~dandrader/qtubuntu/remove_mir_pkgconfig into lp:qtubuntu.

Commit message:
Remove leftover pkg dependencies: mircommon and mirclient

The QPA shouldn't be talking to mir directly but only through
ubuntu-application-api
