Filter the picker lists according to the content type that is being requested by the content hub.

To test, there are currently no apps that request specifically videos or pictures that I (or Ken) know of, but this test application can be used instead: lp:~uriboni/+junk/hub-importer-video-picure-test
To test importing without specifying any content type, use browser and go to imgbin.org, for example.
