[Merge] lp:~dbarth/webbrowser-app/webapp-override into lp:webbrowser-app

This way, one can reuse "all" of the chrome and logic that is aleady part
of the container. Otherwiser, it requires forking the entire container app,
including the top-header, navigation logic, patterns and so on.
