Added test peers for automated testing of export, import and shares. 

content-hub-test-exporter: Automatically charges export requests. If contentType is contacts it charges with vcards, otherwise it charges with pictures.

content-hub-test-importer: automatically collects items in the transfer

content-hub-test-sharer: automatically collects items in the transfer
