Suricata init script tests for NFQUEUE support by checking the existence of wrong (old) procfs file. The script is checking the existence of /proc/net/netfilter/nf_queue but this file does not exist on kernel > 3.5. Instead of checking existence of a file, now the script is checking if the module is loaded properly.
