This branch adds the patch 01_upstart-init.patch.  It was created by one of the Xubuntu team members and has been tested by several users.  It resolves issues with some indicators not loading by using upstart as opposed to .desktop files in the autostart folders.

Description: Start and stop indicator services with upstart
 Use upstart to start and stop indicator services instead of autostart 
 *.desktop files.
