Drop QtAudioEngine from the SDK.

It uses OpenAL, which is not the recommended way to do audio on Ubuntu (i.e. it's not gstreamer).

Additionally, since the SDK is the only rdepend of qtdeclarative5-qtaudioengine-plugin, we can stop building it after this change, making it easier for qtmultimedia to enter main because it can stop build-depending on openal.
