A new function "gboolean bacon_video_widget_reset (BaconVideoWidget *bvw, 
GError ** error)" is added into src/backend/bacon-video-widget-gst-0.10.c .
It close the current video stream, and open it with the identical MRL and
subtitle URI.  In function "on_plugin_installation_done ()" of the file
src/backend/bacon-video-widget-gst-missing-plugins.c, it is used to reset
video widget before trying to play again.  That can avoid the "Location
not found" error occuring after automatically installation of the plug-in
package "gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly".
