I have some code that I believe will make network-manager-applet sort
wifi networks by signal strength, but I can't build this package to test
it. I've been trying for 3 days and I give up. If someone could confirm
this and suggest the merge, I would be very thankful.

The solution is simple enough, so I believe there won't be any problems.
