[Merge] lp:~skellat/ubuntu-seeds/lubuntu.saucy into lp:~lubuntu-dev/ubuntu-seeds/lubuntu.saucy

As noted in the discussion relative to Xubuntu yanking this from their seed, this would leave the package in the archive.  StatusNet functionality still works even though Twitter access and Identica access are thoroughly broken.  This way the package does not ship by default but is available for installation if somebody really needs it for whatever reason.

The package is not pulled from the saucy archive which will allow a stable upgrade path while matters are discussed with the Debian Maintainer.  I hope we can either get this patched or transitional dummy packages can be pushed on the Debian side for later import.
