Patch for precise is different than it was here:
1) It does NOT include fix for background, but it is not needed. This fix is needed for gtk 3.8+;
2) It includes SAME fix for panel-layout.c;
3) It includes fix for panel-toplevel.c, in saucy it was already included. It is included even in upstream. So i think patch 91-fix_panels_in_separate_screens.patch can be removed from saucy.
