Review: Needs Fixing

It'd be nice if you could explicitly list what exactly remains the delta to Debian. As far as I can see it's:

    - debian/patches/xubuntu_improve-nautilus-interactions.patch: added,
      should prevent nautilus from taking over the desktop if xfdesktop is
      running (and vice-versa).
    - debian/patches/xubuntu_fix-duplicate-volumes.patch: fix duplicate
      volumes appearing randomly on the desktop.
    - debian/patches/xubuntu_set-accountsservice-user-bg.patch: update the
      user background property of Accountsservice on backdrop change.

and on top of that, there's an additional recommends of tumbler, which is never mentioned in the changelog.

Mentioning what the delta is also means acknowledging that you're aware of what has changed. If you could update the merge proposal (maybe also with some info on when or why tumbler was added), I'd be happy to upload it as is.
