[Merge] lp:~awe/ubuntu/saucy/ofono/rilmodem-support into lp:ubuntu/ofono

Tony Espy has proposed merging lp:~awe/ubuntu/saucy/ofono/rilmodem-support into lp:ubuntu/ofono.

This merge includes one modified patch, and two new patches:

1) forward-port-udev-rules-generation.patch ( modified )

This patch was re-worked to patch Makefile.am instead of Makefile.in.  The two new patches both touch Makefile.am, so this was necessary.

2) rilmodem-support.patch ( new )

This patch encapsulates all the work to date on lp:phabet-extras/ofono, which is the branch used to build the touch version of ofono.  This patch also has the audioflinger support removed from rilmodem's voicecall.c, so an updated telepathy-ofono is required for voicecalls ( and apparmor needs to be stopped / town down ).

3) nettime-plugin.patch ( new )

This is a slighly re-factored patch from Jolla that adds the high-level NetworkTime DBus interface to the modem.

Tested on a maguro running today's ( 20130807 ) build.
