1. requestsync -d sid <packagename> <UbuntuVersionWhichIsBeyondFeatureFreeze>
A sync request is filed in Launchpad and the ubuntu-sponsors team is subscribed to the report.

What should happen
The ubuntu-release team should also be subscribed so that they can grant a Feature Freeze Exception.
