Updating to newer version of 1.0.30. 
Changes were made 
-to debian/rules to build the package successfully (according to instructions on the website: https://github.com/isaacs/npm) 
-to debian/script (which was removed, because it corrupted the install) 
-and to debian/patches/series (which is now empty, because no patches needed to be applied).

The package installs without problems and works, as well. (tested with package forever, see https://github.com/indexzero/forever)

This is my first package update, so please correct me, if I did something wrong. I know oneiric is soon in Final Freeze so this would be a candidate for the p-series. I also uploaded the package to my PPA, for people who want it earlier.
