Using new flags of cobbler-ubuntu-import (see: lp:~gandelman-a/ubuntu/oneiric/cobbler/lp850892), check if every $release-$arch distro is out of date.  If so, purge any stale ISO and profile from the system.  Then, up-to-date versions will then be sync'd as usual.
