Yeah, that happened a lot faster than I expected. I'm just waiting for
that bug to pass QA, and I'll test this again.

It's still handy to be able to close sync request bugs, but maybe they
should be closed with something that looks less like the Launchpad
Librarian. (e.g. archive-admins close sync request bugs with pasted
output from their sync tool)

Nothing should break it, both this and the librarian won't try to close
closed bugs again.
