someone neeeds to do a:

bzr branch lp:~openstack-ubuntu-packagers/glance/ubuntu
bzr pull lp:~jaypipes/glance/ubuntu
update the changelog
bzr commit -m "blah blah"
bzr push lp:~openstack-ubuntu-packagers/glance/ubuntu
