I received an email of Jens Lody, codeblocks dev and Debian packager, about 01_codeblocks_plugin_path patch.

Quote: "it's not only unneeded, because the patched part will not be compiled if
automake-system is used (due to the ifndef), but it breaks the binary if
compiled with the C::B build-system, so it should be removed;"
