Xubuntu Testers Changes

We have made some changes to this team. The team is now a moderated
team, with membership for six months renewable by the team member
themselves. To help insure those currently on the team are still
interested in testing Xubuntu, all memberships have been set to expire
on 2010-07-01. Please go to https://launchpad.net/~xubuntu-testers/ and
renew your membership before 2010-07-01 to remain a team member. Also,
please add yourself to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/Testing/Testers
or include this information on your personal wiki page.
