freeimage (3.13.1-0ubuntu2) maverick; urgency=low

  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format.
  * debian/rules
   - Switch to CDBS rules system.
   - Add parallel build support.
  * debian/control
   - Add cdbs to build-depends.
   - We don't have patches -> remove tofrodos dependency.
   - Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.1.
   - Bump debhelper to >=7.
  * debian/freeimage-get-orig-source
   - Make an tar.bz2 tarball (instead of tar.gz)
     and force to be of root.
  * lintian
   - binary-control-field-duplicates-source
