An interesting side effect of not incrementing the phased update
percentage over the weekend is that it would allow community SRU team
members to release packages to -updates on the weekend - something which
is currently prohibited by policy. I think this would be valuable as I
have more spare time on weekends, he said while sending an email on a
weeknight. ;-)
