shim NX support FFe, should it happen for oracular?

Hello,

I've been working on this project for the Oracular cycle, and had the
NX shims back from Microsoft for a while, so I think it could still be
possible to deliver this, but my FFe hasn't been looked at since early
August.

I recognise there is risk to these things (as always), and "no" is a
fine answer, but I'd like this to not be left up in the air.
