No SRU vanguard/reviews tomorrow (16 July)

Unfortunately I have spent more than a shift's worth of time already
this week on dealing with an SRU regression. I am behind on other tasks
so I will not be able to do my usual shift tomorrow. Depending on how
much more of my time it needs, I may have to cut my shift next week as
well.

Please note that the majority of the time I am spending on this doesn't
need any special SRU team privilege. I am doing it because nobody else
is, and it is urgent to prepare and test a fix that causes severe
regression for many users. It is unfortunate that this takes available
away from SRU review work.
