Ruby 3.3 transition

Can you give us an estimate of how long this will roughly last for? If
you start it on Monday, when can we expect for things to start
settling? Do you have a rough estimate? And also what about the
fallouts? What if rails, rack, and other key packages fail to make it
timely? Do you have a fallback plan?
