This feels like a secret because that link does not show at
https://releases.ubuntu.com/jammy/

For reference, https://releases.ubuntu.com/jammy/ubuntu-22.04-latest-live-server-amd64.iso
works too

Do similar links exist for the alternate architecture server ISOs at
https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/releases/jammy/release/ ?
