22.04.3 LTS ISO cloud-init bug

Hi Donald,
So we already chatted on
https://github.com/canonical/cloud-init/issues/4302 but I wanted to
also follow-up here.
In my testing I have been able to autoinstall with nocloud-net and a
url with the 22.04.3 iso, and I can produce the failure if I add a
h=hostname to the end.
In your testing you mentioned that removing the h= argument was not
enough to get you working. If you'd like to still debug that, then
I'd like you to file a bug at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/subiquity/+filebug and we can collect logs
and look further.
But given that I can do an autoinstall with `ds=nocloud-net;s=url` I
think a respin is the wrong approach.
