The autopkgtest attempts to build testsuite using `cc` which amd64, with only libinih-dev:i386 installed, which does not work. The testsuite is intended to be run natively, not cross. I don't see value in fixing the testsuite to maintain delta for it. Please badtest libinih on i386. -- Regards, Dimitri.
