Migrating all seeds to Git

I know we are all very busy with the release today, but I am writing to
let you know that Ubuntu Studio have finally followed Simon's excellent
instructions, and we now have a copy of our seeds in git. I have also
prepared updates to -meta, archive-scripts and cd-image. We would like
to kick off the switch as soon as Cosmic is released and all the
beers/tea have been drunk.

This was just to make those doing the cosmic > d? release and post
release processes aware.
