Pending SRU report

I wanted to announce that the pending-sru report[1] has been modified so
that Incomplete bug reports are now colored yellow. Apparently we
discussed this[2] in a meeting last year, anyway please start using the
Incomplete state for bug tasks that you feel are not yet ready to be
released.
