Less painful mass-rety of autopkgtests

Hello all,

a month ago I changed retry-autopkgtest-regressions from generating
shell commands that require snakefruit ssh access to generating
autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/request.cgi URLs [1], which avoids the need for
said ssh access.

The initial version recommended to run this through xdg-open, but this
is unwieldy if this involves several hundred requests (your browser
will ache under that many tabs, and you need to close them manually
again). I now refined the documentation [2] to show how this works
noninteractively. Please refer to --help.

Martin
