britney2-ubuntu moved from bzr to git

That's done now, thanks Robert for updating the train.

Done, at last *phew*. All tests pass again, and I also ran it with the
production yakkety data locally. Versioned provides now work (e. g.
for python-oslo.privsep  or python-cryptography), and
HeidiResultsDelta/output diff looked reasonable.

FTR, argh about being stuck with precise and python 3.2, this is
getting annoying (see the local python modules and the ugly workaround
commits).
