Why Immutable Page?

Hi,

I noticed that I did a mistake by adding the release notes in the wrong
column so I was trying to correct that, I noticed this page:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/Beta1

is marked as: Immutable Page?

May I ask why is that?!
