Hi Release Team

For the Ubuntu Wily development cycle, we have a little breathing
space compared to Vivid in that we're going to release a week after
OpenStack does upstream on the 15th October (see [0]), thus avoiding
zero-day SRU's as we had to undertake last cycle.

In-line with previous releases we'll need to upload further beta's and
release candidates as required for all core OpenStack projects (and
direct dependencies managed under the OpenStack umbrella) between now
and the 15th of October; this email is to ensure that the release team
are aware of this activity and are happy to continue with the approach
taken in previous Ubuntu releases.
