Ubuntu Studio 14.10 amd64 torrent "not authorized for use with this tracker", but download works

Definitely not normal.  I'm escalating it internally right now.  The
tracker seems to have failed to mirror that ISO, and I missed it in my
post-release visual scan of http://torrent.ubuntu.com:6969/

We'll try to get it fixed up soon.
